How long does it take to get set up?
Most admins create an account and invite their first employee in under 10 minutes. Default checklist templates are ready to go from the start.
Do new hires need to install anything?
No. It's a web portal that works well in any browser, including on a phone. If dragging and dropping a file isn't possible, employees can just tap to upload instead.
Is this only for UK companies?
The standard onboarding flow is built specifically around UK employment, including National Insurance numbers, right to work checks, and P45 and P46 handling.
How is sensitive data like NI numbers and bank details protected?
It's encrypted at rest with a separate key, access is enforced at the database level by who's actually allowed to see it, and file downloads use signed links that expire quickly rather than a public store.
